Please ensure that items are unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received. Custom or personalized items, as well as certain other products, may not be eligible for return.
To return an item, follow these steps:
Contact our customer service team at info@kavyamart.com Include your order number and the reason for the return.
Pack the item securely in its original packaging, including a copy of your receipt and the RMA number clearly marked on the package.
Send the package to the address provided by our customer service team. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a mistake on our part or a defective product.
Return shipping costs are generally the responsibility of the customer. However, if the return is due to a defect, error in the order, or other issues on our part, we may provide a return shipping label or reimburse the shipping cost.
